Altar Rail

An altar rail marks the sanctuary and gives the faithful a place to kneel for Holy Communion. Many parishes are restoring rails that were removed, and others are adding them for the first time. Fynders Keepers builds new communion rails in wood and in marble, with gates, made to the length of your sanctuary.

Our wood altar rails are made in oak or paint grade, in Gothic and Romanesque designs, with listed prices currently starting from about $300 per foot. Our marble altar rails are custom designed, can combine marble with mosaic or metal, and are quoted individually.

Planning a rail

Measure the full width of the sanctuary, decide where the gates will go, and note the floor and step heights. We bring 25 years of church project experience and work with pastors, architects and diocesan commissions. We install anywhere in the USA; freight is billed separately.
